Fabrication-Production Job Card form template for logging details of a job and also to assist with demonstrating compliance with CE / UKCA marking  BS EN 1090 Factory Production Control (FPC) system.

This form can be used to detail job details and other requirements such as date required, UKCA / CE marking required, special inspection or other requirements and also details of any applicable weld procedures or drawings.

Table section of the form is for logging all welding activity with all relevant information required for Welding Quality Management System (WQMS) logged including welder, welding machine and inspection.

Details of defects / repairs and final inspection also logged.

Second page of this form provides a summary or work completed on the job including a checklist for each key stage required to be completed, summary of labour and materials used and totals for billing. 

This form allows all work and planning to be completed on a single document.
